Here's our ready-to-go packages for CIVIL and for RELIGIOUS -SPIRITUAL weddings--packages you can build to your heart's content. We handle everything so your wedding day is the joyous, exciting, stress-free event it should be. Let us organize your reception, rehearsal dinner or any other event you wish while in Cancun or Riviera Maya.     CIVIL MARRIAGE

CCW Civil Marriage Package: $1,645USD/$1,800USD/$1,900USD costs for Cancun, Isla Mujeres and for Playa del Carmen - Riviera Maya areas respectively. Prices good through December 2007. Package includes: judge, his/her gratuity and transportation; all paperwork, all required translations by certified, court-appointed translator; TWO certified copies of the Acta de Matrimonio which is your marriage certificate/license in one; blood tests and doctor's letter(s) plus transportation to and from lab; FOUR witnesses as required by law and attendant paperwork on same should couple be travelling alone or their witnesses arrive too late for the paperwork*; preparation of ceremony text with input from couple on personal vows if couple so desire and briefing of judge; beach wedding site, site fee and site decoration. [Several  montages available but all include an aisle runner of natural woven fabric, a lace-draped ceremony table; two large vases of freshly cut casablanca lilies, 10 to 15 torches and a bamboo canopy or arch. *Should treasured friends and family arrive too late to be legal witnesses, they may sign as Honorary Witnesses for whom no advance paperwork is required.

·         Flowers: bridal bouquet, groom's boutonniere up $200USD [some exceptions apply]

·         Wedding Cake: $50 to $400USD depending on size of cake, venue etc

·         Champagne Toast: $20USD to 47USD per bottle depending on wine and venue.

·         Photographer [minimun 4 rolls of 36; all photos on CD in maximum resolution, all photos in a 4 x 6 print delivered in an album w/in 48 hours of the wedding  $750USD (Cancun). $800USD Riviera Maya. Other packages available.

·         Wedding Video: $550USD. Includes some post production editing plus addition of music and titles.

·         Live Music Options: classical guitar, piano, violin, cello and/or flute:$250USD-$450USD the hour.

·         NEW: A traditional chamber music string quartet: two violins, 1 viola, 1 cello @ $750USD per hour

·         DJ (a genius!), all light and sound equipment; $1000USD (for 6 hrs)

·         Transportation: Limousine for up to 8 persons @: $120USD the hour; air-conditioned, late-model vans for up to 11 persons @ $45USD the destination. Busses for 45 persons and for 61 persons. Other options available.

  RELIGIOUS MARRIAGE

CCW Religious/Spiritual Wedding Package: $950USD/$1,100USD/$1,200USD costs for Cancun, Isla Mujeres and for Playa del Carmen - Riviera Maya areas respectively. Package includes celebrant  (Episcopal/Anglican, non-denominational Christian pastors or healer/intuitive), his/her fee and round trip transportation; decorated wedding site as given above under Civil Marriage Package. No documents required  NOTE: Our package does NOT apply to Roman Catholic marriage masses. These can only be performed in consecrated Catholic churches and chapels; the rentals and priests' fees vary greatly from property to property. [There is one exception to the church only rule and that is the gazebo at the Marriott hotels in Cancun]. Advance paperwork is also required for a Roman Catholic marriage. RECEPTION: If you wish us to handle your reception as well as your ceremony we're happy to do so and charge a flat Reception Fee plus reception expenses at cost--our efforts covered by the Reception Fee.
