Introduction

Caribbean Cancun Weddings (CCW) is a young, upbeat company based in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, owned and operated by university-educated women with a combined 29 years experience in the area. Owner/Director  S. Van Bramer (American), a professional writer and translator for over 25 years, promised herself a career change come the millennium and with CCW she's done it. 

Van Bramer and her top staff are all property owners and long-time members of the Cancun and Riviera Maya community; their friends, business associates and contacts span every sector of local society--a fact that contributes to the company's success and guarantees memorable, worry-free weddings for their clients.

MISSION STATEMENT  
Our goal is to give 100% to our brides and groom; whatever it is, we make it happen. We make every effort to 'connect' with our couples so that the decisions we make for them are the right ones--and we are THERE every minute...we place our couples at the center of the universe on their special day.

HOW WE WORK: We email back and forth until we've defined your wedding to the last detail; then we send you a bid. Once the bid is accepted, we fax a signed and itemized Letter of Agreement. If the wedding date is more than several months away, a $100USD deposit reserves the date; a 50% deposit of the balance is then due (4) to six (6) weeks before the event; the balance of that, paid upon arrival.  We ask you be in Cancun or Riviera Maya at least two days before the wedding in order to meet, finalize paperwork,  discuss last minute details and verbally walk-through the event. Some exceptions apply, of course.

ABOUT OUR FEES. We're up front about our fees. There are no hidden costs. The prices quoted for our packages include everything listed in the package--minister/justice, license, taxes, our services etc. You pay ONLY the package price, unless you yourself request an additional service.

OUR PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE. We know because we've checked, and ask that you do too. Shop around. Be perfectly satisfied with your coordinator. Understand exactly what you're getting and at what price. Be aware that many companies DO NOT include the cost of the justice/civil license in their prices. WE DO. This cost runs to over $700USD! --a considerable 'addition' to any package and one which we think you'll agree, puts our prices in perspective.. Again: CCW prices INCLUDE all fees: the minister /justice, license, taxes etc (see Legalities for full explanation).
