How we Work
Payments

How We Work: We email back and forth until we’ve nailed down every last detail of your wedding. These details are eventually pulled into a Letter of Agreement that lists every item and every service we’re providing and at what cost. The Letter of Agreement also contains a payment plan.

At the time of booking we require a Save the Date deposit of $200USD. The Save the Date deposit is non-refundable but it is deducted from your total. The Save the Date deposit reserves your date with Caribbean Cancun Weddings, with the celebrant/judge and with the ceremony and reception venues. In most cases it’s the only payment you make until four weeks prior to the wedding at which time 50% of your total, less the Save the Date deposit, is required and the balance of that is paid when you get here.

FORMS of PAYMENT: We cannot accept credit cards; our tax bracket in Mexico does not allow us to do so. Payments to reception venues may be paid with a credit card and we expedite that for you, but all payments to us and the vendors or services we broker for you must be in cash. Thank you for understanding.

Your wedding is one of the most important events you’ll ever plan: be happy with your planner. Understand exactly what you're getting and at what price. Be aware that many companies offer a civil wedding package that does NOT include the judge, the paperwork or the civil registry fees--which are considerable—and gives a false impression of the true cost.  With us there are NO HIDDEN COSTS.

Let Caribbean Cancún Weddings put you on the white-sand beach of your dreams for a wedding that captures the heart and soul of your vision.
